Returns & Exchanges: If you do not feel that the merchandise you purchased is appropriate in your home, you may return the item for reselection, credit or refund. To receive full credit, all returned merchandise must accompany the original sales receipt and must be in the same condition as when purchased, complete with accessories, instructions, original box and packaging (if item was picked up). Merchandise not meeting these requirements may not be accepted for return, or will be assessed a restocking charge. Additional terms may apply. See exclusions below.

Delivery and Pickup: If your merchandise was delivered and you wish to have AC pickup the merchandise from your home, you will be charged for:
- The original delivery fee.
- A pick up charge equivalent to the normal delivery charge in your area. If you return your merchandise to AC, you will only be assessed the original delivery fee.
- If you reselect, you will be charged a separate delivery fee on the new order in addition to the above fees.
If you want to return large merchandise yourself:
- Contact customer service and notify them of the return.
- Customer service will issue a return number.
- Go to drive through pickup and provide the return number.
- AC will unload the item and enter the return into our system.
Miscellaneous Labor Fees: Fees such as equipment setup, assembly, Appliance and Electronics installation charges, Flooring installation charges and other miscellaneous fees are not refundable.
Flooring: Any boxes or cartons of flooring must be returned in their original packaging and cannot be opened. Cut yardage flooring is not refundable.
Grills: Grills cannot be returned once they have been used. This includes all gas, charcoal, electric and wood-burning grills. Unopened products in original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days.
Assembly Required Furniture: If, for some reason, the item is not suitable for your needs, please return your purchase with your receipt within 30 days, unopened, and in the condition you bought it. You may then reselect other merchandise, or we will gladly refund your money. Assembly Required furniture cannot be returned once the box has been opened. If any parts are missing or damaged in any way, please contact the manufacturer via their 800 number.
Hoods, Ventilation, Trim Kits, Lighting and All Parts: Because of the special nature of these items, all hoods, ventilation, trim kits, lighting and all parts sales are final unless all packaging is unopened.
If you find that parts are missing or broken, please contact the manufacturer for replacement parts. We will be happy to assist with this process.
Returns on unopened packages will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
- May be returned for Exchange, Refund or Store Credit up to 14 days after receipt.
- All returns must be complete and in the same condition as originally purchased.
- Receipt and original packaging is required.
- Labor, Delivery and Installation charges are non-refundable.
- Returns and Exchanges are at AC's discretion.
Comfort & Price Guarantee:
- Mattress sales are final sale unless a NON-REFUNDABLE MATTRESS PROTECTION PAD is purchased from AC at the time of mattress purchase.
- Your mattress must be clean, undamaged, free from stains and the “DO NOT REMOVE UNDER PENALTY OF LAW” label must be intact.
- A mattress protection pad must be purchased from AC at the time of your mattress order (MATTRESS PROTECTION PADS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE).
- Because it takes time for your mattress to feel just right, we require waiting 30 days before reselection.
- This policy allows for one reselection within 30-120 days of the original delivery date of the first mattress set with a $69.99 restock fee.
- Excludes special orders, final sales, floor samples, and adjustable bases.
- Standard transportation/delivery charges apply. Free delivery promotions do not apply on exchanges under this policy.
- All exchanges must be for the same size mattress set.
- Mattress returns outside of this policy are subject to additional restocking fees or denial of return.
- The customer is responsible for the transportation of the product, which means they need to switch it out themselves or pay a pick-up fee for the original items, or a delivery fee for the new item(s). The customer is responsible for the transportation of the reselected product and pick-up fees for the original item.
Box Spring Only (due to height): Exchanges of box springs for height will be assessed a 25% restock fee on the price of the box and shipping charges (if delivered by AC). Customers are responsible for transportation.
Special Order Merchandise: AC will assess a minimum of 25% fee for customers who cancel or return special order items. Cut yardage (fabric or flooring), pillows, futon covers, mattress pads and paid part orders are not refundable. No exceptions please.
Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy
Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Discounts exclude Tent Tag products, Orange Tag products, UMRP products, Outlet items, prior purchases, gift cards, delivery and/or installations, Tempur-pedic, Beautyrest Black. These rules cover any contests, drawing, or other promotions from Appliance Center. The rules apply to in-store, online, social media, email, direct mail, or contests advertised on any media platform.
- No purchase is required to enter our contests or giveaways.
- Contestants must follow the directions to enter the contest.
- You must be 18 years of age to enter and live within our local delivery area. ID may be required.
- We do not share any of your entry information with third parties.
- Our contests are not sponsored or endorsed by any of the social platforms we share them on.
- Employees of the Appliance Center/Promotions partners and their family members are not eligible to enter.
- The start and end dates of contests will be specified in our advertising for the promotion. Entries received before or after those dates will not be accepted.
- We are not responsible if your entry is not received.
- Winners will be selected based on the criteria specified in our advertisements for the contest. All decisions on winners are final.
- If you do not meet eligibility requirements you are not entitled to the prize.
- All contests are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
- Winners will be notified within 7 days after being selected. If we are unable to contact you within 7 days, we will offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
- Winners will be publicly announced within 7 days of notification.
- No cash alternatives are offered for prizes.
- You may win only once every 30 days.
- We are granted permission to use the name and photograph of winners for publicity purposes in any medium in perpetuity.
