• I have been calling Appliance for several years to repair our washer/dryer and they always do a fantastic job. They came out this morning to repair our dryer. I had the 8-10 am repair window. They called me at 7:45 to let me know he would be arriving in 15 minutes. They are so professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

• The technician, was on time, polite and efficient. He quickly pronounced our washing machine to be terminally ill, said the cost of repair was not worth it and never pushed the point. I really appreciate the efficiency and honesty.
